Can you work with hosting we already own?
Yes. We review compatibility and access, then scope setup, migration or maintenance on your existing account. You keep ownership of the subscription.
What does AWKASA-managed hosting include?
Your proposal identifies the hosting allocation, support coverage and any included maintenance. Backups, email and software updates are included only when specified in the package.
Will we own our domain?
Your business should own its domain account. We can assist with configuration through appropriate access without taking ownership.
Is this a dedicated server?
A standard managed hosting package does not imply a dedicated server. We assess your application requirements and identify the hosting arrangement in the proposal.
Can you move our existing website?
We first review the current platform, available files, database and access. The migration plan includes testing, any expected interruption and a rollback approach.
Can we move to another provider later?
Yes. Handover can include your website files, supported data exports and configuration notes. Timing, assistance fees and any third-party licence restrictions are agreed in your service terms.
