Customer & lead management
Organize contacts, enquiries, sales stages and follow-up tasks so teams can see the next action and the history behind each relationship.
AWKASA TECHNOLOGIES
Connect customer relationships and business operations.
CONNECT PEOPLE, PROCESSES AND INFORMATION
When customer records and operational tasks sit in separate tools, everyday work becomes harder to coordinate. AWKASA helps define ERP and CRM applications around the information your teams need and the processes they follow.

BEFORE WE BEGIN
CRM focuses on customer relationships, enquiries and sales activity. ERP typically connects internal operations such as purchasing, inventory and other business processes. The right scope depends on your workflows; you may not need both.
Not necessarily. A focused first phase can address the most important workflow, with additional modules considered later. We define dependencies before deciding what can be introduced separately.
We assess both approaches. Configuration may be sufficient, integrations may connect the tools you already use, or a custom application may suit requirements that existing products do not meet well. Platform expertise and suitability are confirmed during scoping.
We can assess source formats, data quality, field mappings and access. Migration requires preparation, test imports and validation by your team. Duplicate, incomplete or incompatible records may need cleanup before transfer.
Integration depends on supported APIs, permissions, vendor terms and the data that needs to move between systems. We confirm feasibility and any third-party costs before implementation.
These are itemized in the proposal. User training and handover can be included in the agreed scope, while platform licences, hosting and ongoing support may carry separate costs. No vendor partnership or certification is implied.
